He is a business and environmental sustainability expert. Lateef has 19 years of experience in business development. He is the founder of Ecopath Ltd and Bluesky Digitech Ltd. He is a Fellow of the International Sustainability Academy (ISA), Germany. He obtained an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Derby, UK. He is consulting and has developed business solutions in sustainable printing for the Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU) and the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE). He is a dominant force in revolutionary sustainable printing across all universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, private businesses, and public offices in Nigeria

Gbenga is a chartered accountant and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is an expert in financial management, strategy and change management. Gbenga worked with Sunflag Nigeria Limited, Haggai Mortgage Bank and Slava-Yeditepe Construction Group where he was the Head of Accounts.
